NARG Membership
Everyone is welcome to attend NARG meetings… no membership required. We are always excited to meet fellow fossil enthusiasts and share our passion for paleontology.
For those who wish to become members, NARG offers a variety of benefits, including:
- A special New Member Welcome Guide featuring the history of NARG, tips for finding, identifying, preparing, and preserving fossils, and information about club resources.
- Participation in field trips (members only due to landowner agreements and liability requirements)
- A subscription to the quarterly NARG Paleo Newsletter, filled with field trip reports, club news, research highlights, member publications, and upcoming events.
- Access to the NARG Google Group, connecting you with a broad network of fossil collectors, researchers, and enthusiasts.
- FREE annual admission to the Rice Northwest Museum of Rocks and Minerals in Hillsboro (a $18 value).
- Access to fossil preparation workshops.
- Discounts on NARG merchandise, including NARG Paleo t-shirts and other items.
